It's done! My novel is done!!! o_O
I was not even planning on writing today but, waiting for the repairguy to show up (which he finally did an hour an a half later than the appointed time), I found out I was missing my characters. So I opened my document just to see what was going to happen and... turns out, I'm done! I've written the end!
Ok, the text does not reach 80k yet since it's just a first draft, but I expect things to change as I reread it so it might get there. In pure numbers, I wrote 1 369 words today, reaching a total of 71 849 words! Of course, like I said, these are not definite numbers as I can move stuff around, add and remove scenes, etc. Perhaps I got to the ending too fast or did not give some characters enough room, but the first draft is DONE!!
YIPPEEEEEE!!! :D
(I won't post an excerpt as most of today's work was revealing spoilers so...... Sorry about that. But I'll let you know how the editing is going!! :D Yay! Also, I will remove all the excerpts I've posted here in the next few days... Sorry about that too!)
